AirLink Communications Expands Relationship with Blue Mine Group to Grow Market Reputation and Manage all Marketing Initiatives San Diego, CA. - January 30, 2006 - AirLink Communications, Inc., a pioneer and leading provider of fixed and mobile wireless data solutions, today announced an expanded marketing program with Blue Mine Group, a firm specializing in the rapid growth of emerging technology companies. AirLink initially engaged Blue Mine Group in January 2005 to develop a reputation-building program focused on media and analyst relations. Due to the program's early success, Blue Mine Group has extended its program beyond media and analyst relations to encompass all marketing initiatives for AirLink, including branding, collateral and case study development, direct marketing, events management, online visibility and partner programs to better reflect AirLink's rich legacy, strong reputation and market leadership position in the wireless data space. "Blue Mine Group quickly proved its expertise in building results-driven relationships with industry media, analysts and partners to accelerate the reach of our message and increase product credibility and awareness within our target markets," said Justin Schmid, AirLink senior vice president of business development and marketing. "Because of this success, we're pleased to build on the partnership and have Blue Mine Group act as the marketing communications arm of our company." Blue Mine Group was instrumental in helping AirLink improve industry visibility through several awards, including Qualcomm's 3G A-List Award: Small Company category and M2M Magazine's 2005 Value Chain Award: Retail category. AirLink has also been featured and quoted in dozens of industry publications, and has garnered bylined article placement in publications that include Remote Site and Equipment Management, Mission Critical Communications, M2M Magazine and Law Enforcement Technology magazines. With the extended program, Blue Mine Group will focus on increasing communications with AirLink's extensive customer base, channel partners, investors and other key stakeholders. "We offer a unique Go-to-Market Model that many emerging technology companies have leveraged to address their business growth challenges. Based on a company's needs, we partner to develop and execute a comprehensive sales, marketing and strategy program in order to propel them to the next stage in their growth," remarked Blue Mine Group President and CEO Michael Lurie. "We are very excited to expand our program with AirLink and look forward to helping the company achieve its growth objectives in the years ahead." Blue Mine Group has experienced strong growth of its own, more than doubling revenues year over year since its inception in early 2002.
