Michael has twenty years experience as an entrepreneur, Chairman and CEO. He has founded and built three companies, helped grow dozens of early-stage businesses, and successfully led strategic business initiatives for multiple Fortune 500 corporations throughout North America and Europe. Michael began his career in London, England, as a strategy consultant with international management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company, Inc. He then co-founded Goodman Lurie Ltd., the United Kingdom's leading firm specializing in European market entry for technology companies. After successfully selling Goodman Lurie, Michael co-founded Conneq, Inc., software and services company in San Diego, California. In 2002, he launched Blue Mine Group to address one of the greatest challenges facing emerging technology companies - taking an innovation to market. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa.

For over 15 years, Erin has worked with innovative giants like Hewlett-Packard, Sony Electronics and 3M.  As a director for Blue Mine Group, she brings an uncanny blending of technical skills and experience combined with a true passion for innovation and creative expression.  With an extraordinary eye for effective design, Erin brings innovation to life. Prior to Blue Mine Group, she was founder of Elevation Marketing Communications. Erin holds degrees in  Business Marketing and Graphic Design.

Irene has over fifteen years of strategic planning and communication experience for public and private companies in a wide range of industries.  Markets include healthcare, financial services, hospitality, transportation, security, education, and retail.  Prior to joining Blue Mine Group, Irene founded and served as president of Paigah Communications.  From 1998 to 2005, Irene served as Director of Communications for CardioDynamics. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Texas, Dallas.
