Challenge:
Mission Federal Credit Union (MFCU), a San Diego institution since 1961, wanted to leverage the Internet and e-marketing to transform their business from a brick and mortar operation to include online banking and other e-business capabilities to enhance service and communication to their membership.

Solution:
Blue Mine Group partnered with MFCU and other specialists to develop and implement a comprehensive eBusiness strategy for MFCU’s members. This included multiple revisions of MFCU’s extensive website, development of micro sites that appeal to the unique needs of MFCU's youth member base , an integrated member relationship program to promote MFCU products and online banking services, and a range of other programs.

Results:
MFCU's online banking transactions have grown considerably year-over-year, establishing the “eBranch” as by far MFCU’s largest. eBusiness is now as a core communication and banking management tool for Mission's 130,000 members.
