IES’ corporate web site was improved dramatically, keeping usability, content value, calls-to-action and search engine optimization at the forefront of each architecture decision. This strategy allowed the web site to easily expand in depth and breath without diminishing usability.
To further increase the awareness of IES and build their reputation as an industry leader, Blue Mine Group helped IES launch their corporate newsletter, The Hire Option, to share knowledge and perspective on a vast array of topics within the HR industry. American Staffing Association (ASA) selected The Hire Option as the best human resources newsletter for the 2004 Staffing Industry Communications Awards. Through the newsletters distribution to over 2,000 HR professionals, IES has been invited to contribute industry articles and commentary for various publications and has been featured in both local and national publications, including the Chicago Tribune, HR.com, and the San Diego Business Journal.
Blue Mine Group also initiated the launch of a monthly employee newsletter, InsideInnovative, to inform IES employees of company events, program additions or changes and submission deadlines, and to share articles on insightful and informative workplace topics.
